The following warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory with respect to or relating to any Lock Jaw Helmet Stabilizer (LJHS) shipped hereunder, including, but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Lock Jaw Racing warrants that the LJHS is, at the time of shipment to the Purchaser, free of material and workmanship defects provided that there shall be no warranty with respect to any LJHS which has been repaired or altered in any way (with the sole exception of trimming to fit, and only if done within the boundaries of one of the four pre-molded trim grooves), which has been subject to negligence, accident, improper storage or damaged in shipment without the fault of Lock Jaw Racing or has not been installed according to the instructions provided. Lock Jaw Racing will, at is option, repair or replace any defective LJHS provided a warranty claim is made within 90 days of the date of shipment or purchase of the LJHS. This shall be the full extent of Lock Jaw Racing’s liability for breach of warranty.
